Might be just mine but you better be aware of these possible glitches since they might ruin your day. so this is the bad and the ugly side of the product. Technical support of Elgato can only be reached by email and has no phone number. Stopped recording and could not be found by the software. My Tuner box died after about six weeks without notice.
